In a shocking incident that has come to light,

The police have been asking him to pay the dues for more than a year, but after he refused to do so, a case has been filed against Gund at the Chaturshringi police station.
After using the lawns for hosting functions and parties, Gund was to sign a contract with the police for a lease agreement. However, after two months, he not only refused to sign on the dotted lines, but also did not pay the pending rent for two months, amounting to Rs 9,45,000.
